Flowers and other Flora

Catching the spider (or worm?) threads is always nice! I don't remember seeing the blue flower before...
Yes, its spider silk. This makes it look a little bit dreamy.
I'm also not sure if I have ever seen this flower before. If it is the Common chicory (Cichorium intybus), then I certainly did.

(common) Chicory - wider-spreed in Europe. Back in the times it was used as a substitute of coffee (the roots). Very nice photo!

And mine from today - another Passion Fruit flowers (Passiflora foetida). Here they are making only red fruit (as far as I know!).
Don't pay attention to the "green beans" surrounding the flower in the second photo: different plant that is one of most invasive plants on Hawaii!
