Update: some empirical evidence to support this rumor...
Today my bank notified me that my card has been charged for the cost of the RF 35mm f/1.4L by Adorama.
I did pre-order 1 hour after the announcement.

Well, I was waiting for a 35mm 1.2, so I do not feel like celebrating much...
I will certainly use it and share but you'll have to be patient with me. I may not be able to use it in anger before the trip I have planned first half of August. The 35 will certainly be in the bag for that one

Did not consider that approach and now I see also see a charge from BH. I ordered on June 6 at 3pm.

As my fund has been diverted for RF24-105Z, I will hold out for this purchase and wait for the RF 35mm f/1.2L IS VCM BR Optics magic and well optical corrected glasses with the front filter size of 82mm!!!
